DCAMM’s Contractor Management System (DCMS) is the agency’s platform for MBE/WBE and other contract compliance, certified payroll and workforce reporting.

The general contractor who is prime approver in the system must ensure that prior to submitting requisitions for payment to DCAMM that all contractors have submitted weekly certified payroll reporting and are current.
