Certify an Agricultural Event

This webpage gives information on how to sell wine at agricultural events. MDAR must certify the event as agricultural before a winery can receive a license to sell or sample at the event.
Most applicants will receive a response within 10-14 business days from the date that MDAR receives a complete application. Please note that incomplete applications will take longer to process. All applications must be sent in a PDF or a Word Document.
