How to submit   File a Public Record Request with EEC

A request for an EEC public record may be submitted by mail to:

A request for an EEC public record may be submitted through our Records Center.

Questions may be emailed to EEC.RAO@mass.gov.

A request for an EEC public record may be made in person at EEC's main office during normal business hours (8:45am to 5:00pm):

Individuals seeking a copy of their EEC certificate for Teacher, Lead Teacher, or Director should direct this request via email to eecprofdev@mass.gov. Please include the following information in the email: your first and last name (including maiden name), your current and previous address, your date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
