How to request Get Public Procurement Assistance from Our Chapter 30B Team
Use our Chapter 30B Technical Assistance Form to request assistance or upload a CPO form (preferred method).
You may also submit your Chapter 30B questions by email to 30BHotline@mass.gov. Please include a telephone number where we can reach you with a response. We do not provide detailed responses by email.
Call our hotline at 617-722-8838 to consult with a Chapter 30B team member about a public procurement matter. We are available five days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Additional Information and Resources for Get Public Procurement Assistance from Our Chapter 30B Team
Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act, establishes procedures for local jurisdictions to use when contracting for supplies, services and real property. Approximately 1,500 local governmental jurisdictions in Massachusetts (cities, towns, counties, districts, regional school districts and local authorities, including housing and redevelopment authorities) must follow these procedures to award contracts worth billions of dollars each year.
Our Chapter 30B Assistance Hotline and Technical Assistance Form is for public employees and individuals with Chapter 30B procurement questions.
Please note that allegations related to a violation of a Massachusetts public procurement law will be reviewed by our Audit, Oversight, and Investigations Division. Visit our fraud reporting form to report the fraud, waste or abuse of public funds or resources. The OIG does not hear bid protests.
