What you need for McCormack Building - Conference Rooms

As of Tuesday, March 28, 2023, the conference rooms at the McCormack Building will be booked via the Workplace Reservation System (WRS).

Executive Branch employees currently using the WRS can log into their account and select the Shared Spaces tab to reserve a conference room.

Agencies who are not currently on the WRS should go to the above address and below the log-in, choose External Shared Space Reservations.

98” monitor, Poly X70 camera/speaker

The conference rooms on the 21st floor now have the capability for hybrid meetings.  Should you require this equipment for your meeting, please note that under the Additional Comments section of the form, and we will reserve it for you. 

The Café Conference Room is equipped with full hybrid meeting capability, having a 98” monitor on the wall with a Poly X70 camera/speaker unit on top of monitor.  There is also a small cart at the front of the room for laptop plug-in + wireless keyboard with usb dongle.

  • All requests must be submitted in the WRS no less than 5 business days prior to event.
  • Requests can be made no more than 90 days in advance.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Should you have a larger group and require two or more rooms at the same time, you will need to book each room individually.
  • Cancellations must be submitted no later than 48 hours by going into the WRS to cancel your reservation. You may also use the link at the end of your confirmation letter to cancel your reservation.  If you are unable to cancel via the link, please email us.
  • All requests are not final until you receive a confirmation from the Commonwealth Reservation System, signed by DCAMM Conference Room Administrator.
  • A request could be re-scheduled at any point by cancelling your current request on the WRS and placing a new one.  For help with requests, please call the Building Operations Office at 617-727-4100 or email us.
  • It is recommended to setup and test prior to start of a scheduled meeting.
  • Internet is available via MassIT Public Wifi. If internal network access is required, the agency must provide their own VPN capabilities.

DCAMM is not responsible for supporting agency equipment.
