What you need
MyMassGov offers our agency partners access to a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to view data about their users’ MyMassGov profiles and help provide them with support. For more details about the CRM’s functionality visit our SharePoint site.
Use this form to manage access for your agency’s staff to the CRM such as: adding users, removing/deprovisioning users, or modifying a user’s permission level.
If adding a substantial amount of users, you may fill out and upload this CSV file.
Permission levels:
L1: Read only, basic account level information
L2: Read only, full profile information (default)
L3: Write access – requires prior approval with the MyMassGov team

This service was recently introduced as a formal offering in our Product & Service Catalog. All new request items will be evaluated by EOTSS, who will set and communicate a standard SLE. In the interim, the response time for this request will be monitored and reviewed based on the complexity of each individual case.
