What you need
- A notarized Appraisal Management Company Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) Authorization Form completed and signed by the applicant. A completed CORI Form must be submitted with the Application for every person who owns more than 10% of the company OR is an officer of the company OR has been designated as the company’s controlling person, employee in charge, or managing principal of the entity; and
- Irrevocable Uniform Consent to Service of Process.
- All companies that are registered with the Board are required to file a $20,000 Surety Bond in the name of the Appraisal Management Company.
Fees
All fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
* In addition to the below fees charged to appraisal management companies, the Commonwealth is required to collect on behalf of the federal government a fee of $25.00 per year per member of the appraiser panel of the appraisal management company who performed a qualifying transaction. The federal government is authorized to change the amount of this fee.

How to apply
- Applications, renewals, and reinstatements must be submitted online through the eLIPSE portal.
- You will be asked to submit all required documents via the eLIPSE platform, including a DOL CORI form. Once submitted, you will be notified of any required next steps.
- Payment will also be made via the eLIPSE platform.

Incomplete applications will be held open for 180 days from the date of application receipt to allow applicants to provide the missing information or documentation. After 180 days, the incomplete application will be considered abandoned, and applicants will need to submit a new application and payment.

Application review
Please note that it takes a minimum of seven (7) business days for the Board to review and approve an application. The Board will review complete applications only. Failure to submit all required information or supporting documents will result in your application being deemed incomplete or denied.
