Renew your Problem Animal Control license

In order to operate as a Problem Animal Control (PAC) agent in Massachusetts, you must have a current license.
PAC licenses are valid from the time you buy it until December 31st. You can renew your license for the next year starting on December 1st.

What you need   for Renew your Problem Animal Control license

In order to renew your license you must:

  • Send MassWildlife all data sheets from the previous year.
  • Make sure your Trap Registration Certificate number is valid. You need to renew this number every 2 years. To renew online, log into MassFishHunt and click on Buy Licenses.
  • Get a valid trapping license (they expire at the end of each calendar year).
  • Complete a new PAC application each year and send it to MassWildlife.

Download the attached PAC agent application form. Mail this application to:

Do not fill out the form until you have completed the steps outlined above.
