What you need for Renew Your Real Estate Appraiser Management Company License
- To renew your license online, consult the license renewal form mailed to your address. If you do not have a license renewal form, your authorization code can be located here.
- The option to renew will only be present if there are 90-days or less before your license expiration date.
Fees for Renew Your Real Estate Appraiser Management Company License
All fees are non-refundable. For license renewals, late fee is in addition to renewal fee if renewal is received beyond license expiration date.
*In addition to the below fees charged to appraisal management companies, the Commonwealth is required to collect on behalf of the federal government a fee of $25.00 per year per member of the appraiser panel of the appraisal management company who performed a qualifying transaction. The federal government is authorized to change the amount of this fee.
