What you need   for Request CORI as an organization

To register online as an organization, you will need:

  • An assigned account representative (up to 2 account representatives allowed) 
  • A federal tax I.D. number
  • Any other applicable license numbers (S-License, Agency License Number, etc.)
  • Organization contact information
  • Review and agree to iCORI terms and conditions and iCORI training documents

Check your CORI results tab

Once you have successfully submitted a CORI request through your organization's online account, you will need to check your CORI results tab within your account to view, download, and print the CORI results. 

Please note that results within the iCORI account will be automatically removed after 6 months. An "available until" date will be listed for each CORI result, after which that result will no longer be available within your account.

For organizations submitting CORI requests online, you will still need to have each subject sign an acknowledgement form in order for you to request a copy of their CORI.
