What you need
You need to request interoperable communications review if your project or initiative entails: (1) Purchasing, modifying, or programming of communication equipment (i.e., radios and transmission towers); (2) Providing communications training and exercises or other education and outreach; and/or (3) Developing Standard Operating Procedures, Tactical Interoperability Communications Plans, etc.
