Office hours are group sessions with accessibility specialists. You can get your accessibility questions answered, or come to observe others and learn. These sessions are specifically for Commonwealth Municipalities and Schools.
What are office hours?
The Accessibility Center for Consulting Education and Support Services (ACCESS) team hosts group sessions called Office Hours. MA State, municipality and public education institution employees can sign up for a 10-minute slot to get answers to your digital accessibility questions, or come to learn from the questions of others. If you just want to sit in and learn, you do not need to sign up.
When are office hours?
Office hours are held via Zoom on Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 12pm. You will need a free zoom account associated with your Massachusetts State, municipality or school email to register for the meeting series. You do not need to book a time to register and join office hours to observe.
Please contact EOTSS-ACCESS@mass.gov if you have any issues registering.
