A national organization that assists veterans and their families

One of nation's fore­most vet­er­ans ser­vice orga­ni­za­tions, AMVETS has a proud his­tory of assist­ing vet­er­ans and spon­sor­ing numer­ous pro­grams that serve our coun­try and its cit­i­zens.

Who is eligible to join

Membership is open to anyone who honorably served or is currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves.

AMVETS Posts support veterans throughout the Nation, with many local posts located throughout the Commonwealth. Use the Find a Post feature to find your local chapter, or fill out the online form found here to register.
