333 CMR 10.14 requires that annual pesticide use information be reported to the Department when applied by any individual who has been issued a license, certification, or permit from the Department in accordance with M.G.L. c. 132B, Section 10. The information may be reported either by the individual performing the pesticide application or the company with which they are employed. The information below is intended to provide a general overview of what has been submitted to the Department and is intended for informational purposes only. Please be advised that the information below does not include pesticide use by anyone who is not subject to the regulatory reporting requirements, such as that performed on residential property by the owner or legal occupant. The Department has made every attempt to ensure accuracy but to receive the individual records submitted or obtain more specific information relative to what is provided below, please submit a public records request.
