Number of Screened-In Cases: Elder Abuse Hotline Data Compared to Centralized Intake Unit Data

A chart showing a comparison between the number of screened elder abuse intake reports between the Elder Abuse Hotline (effective October 2016 through June 2017) and the Centralized Intake Unit (effective July 2017 through March 2018). The average number of abuse report intakes (as depicted by the moving average line) has increased since implementation of the new Centralized Intake Unit.
