Bridgewater State University - Science and Mathematics Center

This project provided new laboratories, classrooms, offices and support space for the biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, geography, math and computer science departments.

Construction included a 170,000 SF addition to the existing Marshall Conant Science Building, demolition of 60,000 SF of outdated space, and 40,000 SF of renovations.

  • New greenhouse to enhance the Biology program
  • LEED Silver designation
