The Office of Access and Opportunity – Compliance presents “Compliance Corner.”
Look out for helpful hints & information about required compliance reporting in DCAMM’s Contractor Management System (DCMS) and the Commonwealth’s Affirmative Marketing Program.
Did You Know?
Workforce Reporting is required on all DCAMM Design and Construction projects? How is your firm performing on your project when it comes to minority and women on the job site or in the workplace? As the Prime Designer/General Contractor, you can check your workforce percentages at any time by running the Workforce Utilization Summary Report in LCPtracker. This report will give an overall summary on how your firm is performing against DCAMM's Workforce Utilization Goals.
Pro Tip: Ensuring that accurate demographic information is selected for each employee is key to obtaining an accurate report that is truly representative of your workforce. Log-in to LCPtracker, click: Reports→ Workforce Utilization Summary Report
Thank you for your continued support of the Commonwealth’s Affirmative Marketing Program.
