Cori earned her Masters degree in Soil Science from UMASS Amherst, studying floodplain hydrology and wetland delineation along the Connecticut River. She has worked for both the state and municipal government, in both wetlands and stormwater disciplines, and has been with MassDOT since 2018. She enjoys designing wetland and stormwater mitigation plans. Her favorite projects include the development of shared-use paths and road-diets.
Cori grew up in California but loves New England for its climate (yes, even the snow!). In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, biking, and discussing the iconography of Mimbres pottery with her father (a retired sociologist).
