Project Updates
Periodic reports on the status of the project, site inspections, complaint follow-up, administrative enforcement actions, and legal proceedings are provided below.
MassDEP monitors the landfill, investigates complaints and, along with contractors, conducts routine inspections. The agency will continue to due so until all remaining landfill closure activities have been completed.

Air Monitoring Data
MassDEP and New Ventures compiles periodic data updates on hydrogen sulfide levels in air samples collected at off-landfill monitoring stations operated by the agency and New Ventures. Reports on responses to any complaints about odors or other issues are also included.
Effective October 1, 2017, reports are no longer being actively maintained on the MassDEP web site, but are available by request.
