DCMS Tip Sheet Volume 5 Edition 2

Happy New Year from DCAMM Contractor Certification!

We have a tip for you to start the new year, we want to share with you the significance of the Authorized Signatory Listing we ask you to provide with every application you submit for Contractor Certification.

Table of Contents

The Authorized Signatory Listing form lets us know who should be signing the application.  Why is this important, you wonder?  It provides a “listing of individuals who are authorized as legal representatives of the company who can sign contracts, applications and other legally binding documents on the company’s behalf.”  These are the only people that can sign your online application for DCAMM Certification.

We ask this Signatory listing to be updated annually. If you have a change in the President, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Clerk or Legal Counsel positions we ask the change be listed in this section of the form.

Authorized Signatory Name and Title

Also, one of the individuals listed here must sign the form.  The Authorized Signatory Form can be signed digitally for your convenience.
