Rewarding Work Resources Inc., which contracts with the Council to operate our PCA referral directory, recently sent e-mail surveys to consumers using the directory, a sample of registered PCAs and staff from the PCM agencies assisting consumers. These surveys, which will continue on a twice a year basis, show that the new directory is an important tool for recruiting and hiring PCAs. Directory Surveys Show Strong Support From Consumers and PCAs
