Your eligibility for the different types of Brownfield incentives will depend upon your liability status.

Eligibility Information by Stakeholder

Many state and federal agencies work with Municipalities to identify, assess, cleanup and redevelop Brownfields properties.  The assistance includes technical support, planning, assessment and cleanup funding (both grants and loans) and liability relief.
