As soon as you get on the Court’s Zoom Hearing, ask to speak with a lawyer.
You have the right to an interpreter. If you need a free interpreter, ask the Court staff on Zoom or call (978) 689-7833.
Logging in to your hearing
- Go to https://zoom.us
- Click Join Meeting
- Enter Meeting ID (find this on the paper you received from the Court)
- Enter Passcode (find this on the paper you received from the Court)

If you have questions or need assistance, you can contact the court using Zoom via computer or telephone. The courthouse has a virtual “counter” where you can connect with the court personnel to get information about your case.

- If you have trouble participating in a virtual conference or need a free Interpreter or Reasonable Accommodations, please call (978) 689-7833. For additional help, you may call the Trial Court Helpline at 1-833-91COURT (1-833-912-6878).
- Renters and Homeowners who are struggling to make housing payments are encouraged to apply for emergency assistance. You may be eligible for assistance to pay overdue or upcoming rent, mortgage payments, or moving costs (First, Last, Security Deposit).
