Congratulations on successfully submitting your Foster Care Review (FCR) volunteer application! If you experienced complications while submitting your application, or if you have other questions, please call 1-800-286-0323.

What happens now?

  • An email with your completed application has been sent to a FCR volunteer coordinator. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you after your application has been processed.
  • A FCR volunteer coordinator will contact you within 5-10 business days.
