Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) are dedicated professionals stationed across Massachusetts, committed to assisting veterans and their families. They provide essential support in accessing benefits such as Chapter 115 financial aid, healthcare, housing, and education.

Your VSO can also guide you through the process of applying for U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, including disability claims, home loans, and burial benefits.

VSOs fulfill crucial roles, including outreach to educate veterans on available services, facilitating referrals, processing state benefits applications, aiding in employment assistance, and coordinating veteran observances such as Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremonies.
