The Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) is excited to announce the launch of our new, comprehensive Grants Management System (GMS), designed to streamline the grant process for our community partners.

About GMS

GMS offers an array of features to help applicants search, apply for, and manage grants from:

  • Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR)
  • Department of Conservation & Recreation (DCR)
  • Department of Energy Resources (DOER)
  • Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP)
  • Department of Fish & Game (DFG)
  • The Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs (EOEEA)
  • Office of Coastal Zone Management (CZM)

This powerful tool will be accessible to a wide range of grant applicants, including:

  • Municipalities, cities, and towns
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Regional planning agencies
  • Schools, colleges and universities
  • Farms, businesses, and more

GMS will simplify and enhance the grant application experience by allowing users to:

  • Explore funding opportunities from energy and environmental agencies
  • Create personalized profiles and dashboards to manage multiple applications and contracts
  • Edit, save, and collaborate on grant applications
  • Submit applications online, including uploading necessary documents
  • Track application statuses and receive updates in real time
  • Submit reports and request payments through an integrated system
  • Upload deliverables and efficiently close out grants

Secure Access with MyMassGov

GMS uses the Commonwealth’s MyMassGov system for secure login for Grantees. MyMassGov provides a convenient single sign-on solution, enabling users to access multiple Massachusetts state services and applications with one account and password.

Create a User Profile - Help

To Create a MyMassGov Username and Password

  1. Obtain a username and password utilizing  MyMassGov (MyMassGov | Mass.gov). MyMassGov is a secure service that allows members of the public to use a single account and password to sign in to all participating Massachusetts state services and applications.
  2. When creating your new MyMassGov username and password, please select the business account option and utilize your work email address. 
  3. Follow the steps to verify your email address and set up multifactor authorization.

To Access the Grant Management System

When logged into the MyMassGov you will see a number of Commonwealth of Massachusetts Services. Select the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs Grant Management System.  

The System will request some information about the user in order to validate the user. Users will not be provided access to the grant application until their profile is validated. Please follow the instructions provided. Please note that validation may require one or more days to complete. 

Once you have a MyMassGov account you may login directly to the GMS using the following url: greenhub.mass.gov.
