Important Notes

Pesticide Products which are aerosols, paints, baits, animals and human products and pool products are exempt from the regulations. All pesticide products which contain active ingredients on the Groundwater Protection List are Restricted Use Products.

Very Important
If you are using any of the pesticides on the Groundwater Protection List within a town that is listed on the Zone II List, check to see if you are operating within a Zone II. New wells can be created and new Zone II areas delineated.
