There are new changes to the MATCH program. You must contact your health plan to initiate a MATCH application prior to May 10, 2024 to be eligible for MATCH.
Find out if you may be eligible for MATCH assistance
Step 1: Find out the name of your MassHealth plan.
Your health insurance card will have the name of the plan.
Here are some examples:
If you do not know the name of the plan you are enrolled in or would like to enroll in a plan, please contact MassHealth Customer Service Center at (800) 841-2900, TDD/TYY: 711 for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled.
Step 2: Contact your health plan.
Review the list below to find out if your MassHealth plan is currently participating in the MATCH program. Only these managed care plans currently participate in the program.
If your plan is listed, use the links in the table to request more information about the MATCH program. If your health plan is not listed, you can’t get MATCH assistance at this time.
Please note: Do not contact the number on the back of your health insurance card for MATCH assistance. Instead, use the links or numbers listed in the table.
