Interior Planning and Design Management (IPDM) - New Construction and Renovation Projects

In new construction and renovation projects, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) IPDM is called upon during a project’s schematic design phase to design and manage the project’s furniture, fixtures and equipment selection.

By utilizing our on-hand state contract knowledge and research, we are able to provide our clients a variety of furniture options that meet functional and aesthetic requirements without exceeding a project’s budgetary restrictions. While furniture selections are being made, our designers analyze each interior environment and select a palette of finishes that complement and augment the architectural scheme of each space. We work to optimize and expedite the procurement process in order to provide our clients with the best product value.
