Interior Planning and Design Management (IPDM) - Leasing Tenant Fit-Out

Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) IPDM works directly with the Office of Leasing to help facilitate client agency relocation.

As part of the relocation process process, we assist with usable square footage calculation, tenant fit-plans and, on occasion, we also assist with new furniture specification, procurement, and move coordination.
