This page contains ownership and title information collected from MassHealth’s managed care entities (MCEs) material subcontractors as required by federal regulations at 42 CFR §438.602(g)(3).
For the purposes of this list, MCE will mean MassHealth-contracted:
• Accountable Care Organizations (Accountable Care Partnership Plans and Primary Care ACOs);
• Managed Care Organizations;
• Behavioral Health Vendor;
• One Care Plans; and
• Senior Care Options Plans
Pursuant to 42 CFR §438.602(g)(3), the following list identifies the names and titles of all individuals disclosed by the listed MCE through the Disclosure of Ownership and Control Information Addendum for Managed Care Entity Material Subcontractors to MassHealth in accordance with all instructions. By submitting a Material Subcontractors Addendum, each MCE has certified that the information that has been provided is true, accurate, and complete.
