REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
INVESTMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES
The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees’ Retirement System is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Investment Consultant Services. Assets of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees’ Retirement System are valued at approximately $275,268,189.68 as of December 31, 2025. The selected vendor must have familiarity with and agree to comply with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32, and all applicable investment regulations, policies and guidelines promulgated by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
The Board reserves the right to cancel or reject in whole any and/or part of any and all proposals in the best interest of the Retirement System. Proposals must be received in the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees’ Retirement System’s office by Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST. Proposals will not be accepted after that time.
