Submit and view RFP notices, download Compliance Forms, and get general Compliance guidance for public retirement systems. The PERAC Compliance Unit is responsible for the regulatory oversight of the investment portfolios of the Massachusetts Public Retirement Systems. The Unit is responsible for assessing an open and competitive search process of investment service providers undertaken by Retirement Boards pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 32, Section 23B.

The Unit also oversees board member education.
