The Office of Grants and Research (OGR) is the State Administrative Agency (SAA) for all funds received by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). As such, OGR manages and administers the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) in Massachusetts. This National Security Supplemental (NSS) program provides federal funding support for facility hardening and other physical and cyber security enhancements to nonprofit organizations that are at high-risk of terrorist or other extremist attack. 

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to nonprofit organizations (as described under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986) at high risk of terrorist attacks.
