MEMBERS & RETIREES

August 18, 2025

To members and retirees of the Haverhill Retirement System:

Purpose

To elect Member # 3 of the Haverhill Retirement Board in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 32, 840 CMR 7.00.

Term of Office

Effective December 12^th, 2025 – December 11^th, 2028
Please note that this is a paid elected position with a monthly stipend of $250.00/$3,000.00 annually. 

Candidates

Members in service and retirees of the Haverhill Retirement System.

Nomination Papers

Any member in service or retiree of the Haverhill Retirement System may qualify as a candidate by filing nomination papers with the Haverhill Retirement Office. Nomination papers must contain the signatures and addresses of at least twenty (20) members in service or retirees of the Haverhill Retirement System.  

Nomination papers may be obtained at: Friday, October 3^rd, 2025, by 12:00pm  

Nomination Papers must be received by our office on or before:

Ballots

All members and retirees will be mailed a ballot with a self-addressed stamped envelope for returning to the Haverhill Retirement Office. Ballots must be received back in the Retirement Office no later than Tuesday November 18^th, 2025, by 2:00pm.
