Find local organizations that can help MassHealth Members aged 65+ with renewals and applications!

Overview

There is an annual renewal processes for all individuals on MassHealth. There are many resources and organizations that can assist individuals with their applications and renewals. A list of organizations that can assist individuals over 65 with these applications is below.

Any MassHealth member can make an appointment at a MassHealth Enrollment Center, call MassHealth Customer Service Center at (800) 841-2900 (TDD/TTY: 711), or contact a MassHealth Certified Enrollment Assister for help.  

Resources for Members 65+

The below list (updated May 2025) includes local organizations that may be able to help individuals aged 65 and older in their area complete MassHealth applications and renewals.

If you are enrolled in a Senior Care Option (SCO) or Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) MassHealth plan, please reach out to your case manager for help. 

Calendar of Community Renewal Visits

Health Care For All (HCFA) has created a calendar that displays MassHealth Certified Application Counselor (CAC) enrollment events associated with MassHealth Redetermination. The calendar is populated two months at a time due to continuous scheduling and can be found here.
