VERB Application

The Veterans Equality Review Board (VERB) reviews discharges based on gender, including those related to sexual assault, harassment, gender identity, 'Don't Ask Don't Tell' policies and domestic violence.

How to Apply

All applicants must complete the Application for the Review of Discharge.

Before you apply, please have the following documents ready to be submitted with the application:

  • Certificate of Discharge or Release from Active Service (Member 4 DD Form 214 with Character of Services)
  • Separation Packet
  • Medical Document
  • Post Service Documents
  • Investigations

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Apply through Email
