About us

Regulations that we work with include the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, the Massachusetts Public Waterfront Act (Chapter 91), and Sections 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act. We also review proposed project designs and provide guidance to minimize and mitigate impacts to wetlands and water quality. In addition, we prepare and/or review wetland and waterways permit applications for compliance with applicable environmental regulations before submittal to regulatory agencies.
