Practitioners will discuss whistleblower rights, the qui tam process, and how the government evaluates whistleblower allegations. This presentation will assist those thinking about being a whistleblower, supporting a whistleblower, or who may be subject to a whistleblower complaint.
Presenters will include attorneys from the MA Office of the Attorney General, the MA Office of the Inspector General and the Whistleblower Law Collaborative, LLC.
