"For the operation of the Sheriffs' Offices; provided, that not later than December 15, 2023, the office shall provide a comprehensive inventory of all current programs and practices, in a manner to be determined by the executive office of public safety and security, to the executive office for administration and finance, the executive office of public safety and security, and the house and senate committees on ways and means."
