Days and times
Virtual program days and hours:
- Mondays from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. on the virtual registry
In-person Salem program days and hours:
- Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m.–12 p.m.
- Wednesdays from 1–4 p.m.
The program runs on a first come first served basis.

Eligibility
Those seeking assistance from the program must fill out an income eligibility form to determine if the individual qualifies for services.
Please be advised that there may be a need to close the list at a reasonable time to ensure that all individuals have enough time to meet with an attorney.
