By appointment, call ahead to confirm volunteer is available. Litigants sign up, in advance, at the Registry of Probate to meet with the assigned volunteer attorney for the day.

The program calls the client the day before to confirm the appointment. They check for conflicts of interest. Clients can be waitlisted, but they try to limit the client visits to once every 6 months.
If someone fails to show without notifying the office of the cancellation, they are ineligible to re-schedule.
Appointment times are 30 minutes.
