The MCAD Boston Office is located in the McCormack Building at 1 Ashburton Place offers the residents, workers, and visitors of Massachusetts a venue to file complaints of discrimination and learn more about the services the MCAD offers.
Please allow additional time to enter the McCormack Building security checkpoint, and bring a government-issued or institution-issued photo identification card.

- The intake process is conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please arrive between 8:45 am - 2:00 pm, as the intake interview can take up to 2 hours and there may be a wait time.
