Overview

Our Headquarters, located in the McCormack Building at 1 Ashburton place, offers the People of Massachusetts a venue to file Complaints of Discrimination, as well as participate in all of the services the MCAD offers.

Please allow additional time to enter the McCormack Building security checkpoint, and bring a government-issued or institution-issued Identification card with photograph.

Limited metered street parking is available. Numerous public and private garages are also nearby.

Services

  • File a Complaint of Discrimination

    • The intake process is conducted on a first-come first-serve basis. Please arrive between 8:45 am - 2:00 pm, as the intake interview can take up to 2 hours and there may an hour wait time.

  • Walk-in Consultations
  • Attend an MCAD Proceeding: Investigatory Conference, Mediation, Conciliation, Preliminary Hearing, Public Hearing
  • Attend Training
