MEMA conducts annual sub-grant programs for the Emergency Management Performance Grant; Citizen Corps Program; and the Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness Grant
Pending the availability of funds, EMPG funds are made available to all communities and Tribes in Massachusetts through their local emergency management department; CCP funds are made available to local CERT programs; and HMEP funds are made available to SERC-certified EPCs.
