The Determination of Need (DoN) Program was recently made aware of multiple requests to Applicants to make a wire transfer to fulfill a filing fee requirement from an unauthorized party.
If you receive a similar communication, please contact the DoN Program at DPH.DON@MassMail.State.MA.US and do not transfer funds by wire to the requestor. The DoN Program does not invoice applicants for filing fees as fees are due at the time an application is submitted.
