Cape and Islands District — District Attorney Michael O’Keefe announced that the Governor’s Council today confirmed the nomination by Governor Baker of Brian S. Glenny to be an associate justice of the Superior Court.
Governor Baker nominated First Assistant District Attorney Glenny on June 23, 2021, his hearing was held before the council in Boston on July 14, 2021.
District Attorney O’Keefe said, “I am very proud of Brian. He has been a great prosecutor and his thirty years of experience as a trial lawyer will equip him well in his new role.”
District Attorney O’Keefe also expressed his appreciation to Governor Baker and Lt. Governor Polito for nominating Mr. Glenny.
