Cape and IslandsDistrict Attorney Michael O’Keefe announced that the human remains found in a United States Coast Guard boat that was on display at the Coast Guard Station Chatham have been identified by the Medical Examiner’s office as 24-year-old Matthew Amsler (DOB 10/7/1992).
