Lowell, MAA group of Lowell District Court probation, clerk’s office, and security staff as well as employees from Ayer District and Middlesex Superior courts laced up their running shoes and participated in Michael’s Run, a 5K road race held in honor of Michael Dubois, a popular Lowell High School English teacher who passed away in 2013.

Lowell District Court Probation has served as a sponsor for the event since it first launched five years ago. The race took place on Saturday, September 29. Proceeds from the event go to the Michael Dubois Memorial Scholarship Fund, a scholarship for Lowell High School students who are pursuing higher education.
