In light of the ending of the Federal and State COVID-19 public health emergencies, the Appeals Court has rescinded its A.O. 21-1 and A.O. 20-3 (as amended). The rescissions are effective June 12, 2023. Follow the link for a collection of rescinded COVID-19-related Appeals Court Administrative Orders.
(A.O. 21-1 detailed the Court’s continued response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and was issued on August 1, 2021. A.O. 20-3 concerned "Procedures Governing Certain COVID-19 Custody Matters," and was issued on June 3, 2020, and amended on August 1, 2021.)
