PITTSFIELD — A Great Barrington man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on a sexual assault charge. 53 year old BRIAN C. HOHMAN (502 Egremont Road appeared before Judge John Agostini.
HOHMAN had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of INDECENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A PERSON WHO HAS ATTAINED 14. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance.
It is alleged that HOHMAN assaulted an 18 year old man in Pittsfield on October 1, 2017.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
